"Unacceptable Service at Decor Noida 104* I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at Decor Noida 104. Despite their claims of professionalism, their team utterly failed to deliver. During a recent service, their workers ruined our curtains. When I brought this to the attention of the tailor, Vikas, I was shocked by his unprofessional response. Not only did he refuse to take responsibility, but he also had the audacity to claim that the curtains were old and therefore not worth fixing. To make matters worse, their representative Aslam, who came to deliver the curtains, was equally uncooperative. He too emphasized that the curtains were old, implying that this somehow justified the damage and lack of effort to rectify it. I'm astonished that stitching curtains straight could be such a challenge for their team. This attitude is appalling, especially from a professional service provider. It's unacceptable that Decor Noida 104 would prioritize excuses over customer satisfaction. I urge Sanjay Arora and Ajay Arora, the owners of Decor, to take notice of the subpar service being delivered by their franchise and take immediate action to rectify this situation. Until then, I would advise potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with Decor Noida 104. *Update:* I hope Decor's management takes customer feedback seriously and addresses these concerns promptly."
